To start 2016 in style, SURPAS is incredibly excited to take you to see the giant elephant seals that breed and give birth (in year N+1) in Ano Nuevo each year. We should hit the peak of the season.
What: Giant Elephant Seals in Ano Nuevo State Park
When: Saturday, January 23rd, 2016

We will be able to take 40 people, so register quickly to reserve your spot!

Program: We have completely reserved two guided tours for 20 people each.
What to bring: Layers, camera, lunch, cash for gas/ parking.
Cancellation policy: Rain or shine (we'll go regardless).

Upon registration we will provide you with further information. (Children three years and under are free).
Restrictions: The event is open to Stanford postdoc community, including family members and friends of postdocs (each postdoc can bring 1 guest). If the registration goes over 40 people, we will put further registrations on a wait-list and notify you of any openings.
